How to Join
It's easy to become a part of Moms on the Move. Simply print out the membership form and mail it in with annual dues to the address listed on the form.
Here are current Moms on the Move forms in PDF format. To view these you will need Adobe Acrobat which is available for free at adobe.com.
If you are interested in joining a playgroup, please also print the Playgroup form. It can be mailed along with your membership form. Please note that you must be a member to join a playgroup.
